Venture Stage

The challenge for most venture-stage companies in accessing public capital is that most investment bankers will not devote the time to complete small financings since such deals typically command small fees. Our Venture Investment Banking team's solution is one that allows us to complete transactions for venture-stage companies efficiently and inexpensively.

Initial IPOs

We have completed many initial public offerings for Capital Pool Companies to be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange with initial financings as little as $300,000. Our Venture Investment Banking team is also active in completing private placements, short-form offerings ("SFODs"), prospectus financings, sponsorships, and reverse take-over transactions.
